How to Special Order
Can I Place My Order Over the Web?
Yes, you can place your furniture or other large item order over the web. Doing
so will provide us with most of the detailed information we require to process
your order. However, your items will not ship until we have been able
to obtain additional delivery information. One of our staff will contact
you within two (2) business days (Monday through Friday) from receipt of order. Additional
shipping charges will apply based on your location and the level of delivery
service your order requires.
How Else Can I Order?
Simply contact one of our knowledgeable staff at info@lekkerhome.com or Toll
Free at 877.7LEKKER (877.753.5537). Please have the following information
available:
- The Product(s) ID and/or Name
- Quantity of Each Item
- Ship To Address
- Location Accessibility (floor number, number of flight
of stairs, freight elevator available, etc.
- Required Delivery Date
For your protection please DO NOT e-mail any credit card information.
What to Expect
The Lekker staff will obtain a quotation and arrange delivery
with one of our fully licensed and insured carriers based on
the item(s) you are having delivered and the level of service
required. Our staff will contact you within two (2) business
days (Monday through Friday) with a quote and expected delivery
date. Upon your approval Lekker will schedule delivery.
Delivery of Furniture and Large Items
Lekker provides national delivery services for items like furniture, antiques,
large lighting fixtures, and other items that are larger than a parcel (those
items that UPS can not deliver due to size, weight or fragility of the item)
or require additional care.
Lekker provides two levels of service depending on your requirements; Door
Step Delivery and White Glove Service. |
