Tax Free Purchases – No Sales Tax
Lekker Home charges No Sales Tax if your purchase is shipping to an address outside of Massachusetts.
Per the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) companies selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailer. Internet retailers or remote sellers are generally required to collect taxes in any state they have a physical selling presence. If they do not have any such presence, they are not required to collect sales taxes.
The Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA) is currently valid through November 1, 2014.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies only to orders shipped within the Continental United States. Parcels shipped within the Continental United States will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are subject to USPS delivery time frames.
Free Shipping does not apply to Furniture, large lighting fixtures and other items that are larger than a parcel (those items that UPS or US Postal Service cannot deliver due to size, weight and/or fragility of the item) or require additional care. Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Complimentary gift wrapping includes Lekker's standard white wrapping paper and a hand written gift card with the message of your choice. Please note, that some larger items cannot be gift wrapped. However, we're happy to include a personal hand written gift card with all purchases.
