We hope you love your purchase, but if you have any questions or aren’t entirely satisfied, we’ll work with you to make it right.

 

Yes, we accept returns on select items that are in their original condition (and packaging, if applicable). All items, including accessories, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Lekker is not responsible for return shipping fees.
Select items can be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned, but may be canceled within 2 business days after the order is placed. Custom orders may include any item where you select the finish and/or upholstery.
You’ll need to provide a receipt, gift receipt, or packing slip, as well as the item in original condition and packaging.
Small items can be returned in the showroom, or shipped back to us by mail. Furniture or larger items will require arrangements for pick up. If you plan to return your item, please contact support@lekkerhome.com or call 617.737.7307 to make arrangements.
Custom orders, floor models, sale items, gift cards, consumable products (such as soap and candles), and bedding that has been removed from the original packaging are final sale.
Returns with a receipt will be refunded to the original form of tender. Returns with a gift receipt will receive store credit.

Please note that claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, so be sure to inspect your item and let us know if you see any damage right away. If you are shipping to a receiving warehouse, please ensure they follow the same guidelines. Replacement items shipped in response to missing, lost, stolen, damaged and/or manufacturer defect claims are returnable for store credit only. Items may be replaced or repaired at Lekker Home’s discretion.
